- Prices are exclusive of VAT and service.
- Prices are indicative.
- Minimum order for all menus – 20 persons (a smaller number can be catered for, but the costs will be higher).
- The above costs do not include staff costs and transportation which will be determined for the specific event, size and location etc.
- All the prices quoted include: Food, Kitchen chef and one onsite co-ordinator.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Should you need to cancel your catering booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
Cancellation charges may apply according to the notice received before your event date:
- More than 90 days’ notice: Deposit refunded, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
- 61–90 days’ notice: Deposit retained.
- 31–60 days’ notice: 50% of the total booking value payable.
- 15–30 days’ notice: 75% of the total booking value payable.
- 14 days or less: 100% of the total booking value payable.
Any costs already committed on your behalf, including ingredients, staffing, equipment hire, venue-related services, décor, transport or third-party supplier charges, may also be deducted or charged where applicable.
We will always try to reduce any losses where reasonably possible, including reallocating staff or cancelling supplier orders. If we are able to recover costs, any applicable refund will be adjusted accordingly.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by email.
